How long does shipping take

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 8–12 business days. Shipping is free on every US order — no minimum. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside the United States

Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.

What is your return policy

30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email hello@setloft.com with your order number and we will send return instructions within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

What if my order arrives damaged

Email us photos and your order number and we will replace it or refund it. No return shipping, no debate.

Will The Riser fit my laptop

The Riser holds laptops from 10 to 17 inches, including every MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. Silicone pads keep the machine in place and protect its finish.
