We want you to love your Setloft purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window on all items.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@setloft.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@setloft.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
